January is off to a flying start for the Melton Mowbray business park
Pera Business Park has had an impressive start to the year securing two new tenants onto the site and two existing tenants expanding their current office space, in total acquiring 2,000 Sq Ft. of Grade A office space leading to a 92% level of occupancy.
The first phase of the 5,000 Sq Ft. floor in the main Tower building has been let to a new start-up company who will be basing their headquarters on the business park from February. Companies from further afield are re-locating to Pera Business Park due to the additional facilities on the spacious site, and the benefit of unlimited free on-site car parking – a sharp contrast to some city centre offices.
Advertising agency Space Outdoor recently moved to Pera to expand, after giving up its year-long search for a suitable new home in Nottingham.
Managing Director Andrew Foster said: “Pera is ideal. It’s bright, airy and modern, the space is brilliant, the facilities are great value – and we have the dual benefits of a rural location with easy access to the rest of the country.
We won’t have any issues with traffic or parking. Most of all, we didn’t want a pokey office that would make us feel like battery hens. Pera is a place where we’ll be proud to welcome clients.”
Almost 7,000 Sq Ft of Grade A space remains on the 9 acre site, home to over 50 companies from both the public and private sector. Offices are available to let through flexible rental agreements and offices can be available fully furnished if required.
